DEVICE ENABLE - Disable a Device

The DEVICE ENABLE option enables a disabled device controller or unit; that is, making it available for use.

Hardware device> ENABLE

Response - Type ENABLE at the Hardware device prompt.

Hardware device(s) to enable:

Explanation - DEVICE asks for the device/controller to enable.

Response - Enter the device or controller name that you want to enable.

Error Messages

Device not disabled

The device or controller you entered is already enabled.

Invalid device

The device or controller you entered is not a valid device or controller.
