Binary Input

When a terminal is in binary input mode, the input data is passed directly to the program without alteration or processing, except for XON/XOFF flow control (unless the XON/XOFF processing is disabled).  Standard delimiters and other special characters are neither required nor recognized.  This includes Control-C, Control-Y, and Control-T.
