1 Large bottle of Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup katsup
2 Tbl finely chopped onion
1 Tdp horse radish
2 Tbl finely chopped chilies (any will do, though I prefer Pepperochini)
1 Tbl dried red pepper
Dash of mustard, salt, and pepper
Mix ingredients thoroughly and cook on low heat, constantly stirring, until at the desired consistency. Note that the thicker the sauce, the hotter it will be. At the consistency of katsup it will be painful in large doses. In small quantities, it is especially good on burritos.
