2.2.19.2. Explorer

Selecting this option from the File Systems page allows you explore the file system. See the documentation on File Systems.

Enter the name or email of user whose files you wish to look at and press the Explore button. The explorer page resembles the following:

The current path is shown in the top box. To go directly to a path, enter it here and press the "Go" button. The files listed below are those within this path, if any.

Root: Clicking on this will take you back to the user's root folder.

Upload: Uploads a file to the current folder. It shows the following page (choose the file and press Upload):

Create Folder: Pressing this button creates a new subfolder in the current folder. It shows the following page (enter the new folder name and press Create Folder:

Name: This column shows the file names. Clicking on this will sort the files alphanumerically by name. Clicking on the file name itself will display/download that file.

Size: This column shows the size of each file, in bytes. Clicking on this will sort the files by size. Subfolders have no size.

Views/Downloads: This column shows the number of times the file has been read. Clicking on this will sort the files by number of views/downloads. Subfolders have no view/download count.

Created: This column shows the date the file was placed into the folder. Clicking on this will sort the files by creation date.

Protection: This column shows the protection code for the file. Clicking on the protection code for a file will allow you to edit the protection. It brings up a page resembling the following (Choose the desired protection and press Save changes):

More Options: Clicking this button allows you to change/delete the corresponding file. It shows a page similar to this:

This page shows information about the file.

Name: The file's name.

ID: The file's user file system ID.

Device: The user file system device upon which the file resides.

Size: Size of the file, in bytes.

Created: Date file was created on the file system.

Views/Downloads: The number of views/downloads this file has had. Pressing the Reset button will change the value to 0.

HTML to access file: the tag to embed in a web page to access the file.

Protection: The current file protection. Click on this to bring up a dialog (as above) to change the protection.

Delete: Pressing this button will delete the file.
